Great location near non-touristy places to eat.
The soundproofing was terrible. You hear every step in the hall. I couldn't sleep past 7:30 AM because of noise from other guests. Plus, the breakfast options were limited, disappointing for such a charming place.

The quality of the whole service has been of excellence: 1- The staff is excellent, friendly, helpful, efficient, warm and with great empathy to respond attentively to all the needs of the guest. 2- The room has an exquisite Italian taste in its decoration and design. Soundproofed, which ensures a lot of peace and quiet during your stay. 3- The complete minivar with very convenient prices which makes it very accessible. 4- Also, in the room, there is an electric jug, cups and tea/coffee/sugar in bags. 5- In the reception, there is a free Italian coffee machine, fruits and cheeses, yogurt; also in the first floor there are ice machines. 6- The breakfast is exquisite and very varied, several coffees, cakes, masses, muffins, juices, eggs, salty and sweet cakes, ham and cheese, fruits salad, cheese cubes, cereals and gluten free foods, several breads, cornetti (croissants) among other delicacies that vary by day.7- There is wifi service in the room and also HANDY for tourist assistance, it is portable and free to use inside and outside the Residence. In addition there is a TABLET APPLEa disposition. 8. The bathroom is complete, beautiful and clean. 9. Excellent cleanliness in all areas
---------- There's nothing that's upset us.

1. Convenient location of this mini-hotel. 15 min walk from Termini, in a quiet street in a quiet area near the American embassy. Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps are within 15 min walk. There is a Coop grocery store close by. 2. Friendly staff. 3. Normal size room. 4. Quite an edible breakfast, no hot dishes.
1. worst part is the plumbing. It seems that the bathroom is relatively fresh and large, plumbing has already worked out its resource, replace it is not in a hurry. It was absolutely impossible to take a shower without pouring the whole floor of the bathroom with water. shower only flows from the ceiling, there is no door or curtain that closes the entrance to the shower itself. drain opening smelled like sewerage, door to the bathroom had to be closed tightly, that didn't help much, room stank too. Battery-solvent dryer in bath was leaking, on floor under it always was puddle. 2. In room was stuffy, handle on window was broken, close, open, window without help of personnel we could not. 3. Terrible Wi-Fi, Internet constantly cut off. There was no connection.

The hotel was in a very convenient position for us to get out and about to see all the sights of Rome. It was quiet which was great - no problem getting to sleep. Breakfast was fine but perhaps with a few more choices I.E. different cheeses and maybe hard boiled eggs and tomatoes for those who do not have a sweet tooth it could improve. There were plenty of muffins, yoghurts and fruit. Having said all that it was great all the same. The hotel actually made our holiday even more enjoyable. It was lovely to come back to at the end of a tiring day knowing that our room would be scrupulously clean. Room was lovely and roomy and shower brilliant. The staff were extremely nice and very helpful. We would definitely return.

It was just a perfect match for a quick weekend visit in Rome with great value for money. The room was nice and clean, made our stay comfortable. Make sure to plan your transportation ahead, especially if you want to avoid long waits for cabs.

staff was excellent, new and clean
the location was hard to find, the entrance dose not show that this is a hotel since its located in second floor of old building.

I gave it a shot
Easily accessible and in a safe neighborhood, this hotel allowed us to explore nearby attractions comfortably. The secure code-based entry was convenient! The very comfortable room featured great air conditioning, but I felt breakfast options could be improved. Nevertheless, it was a pleasant experience overall.

The hotel was within walking distance of Rome's main attractions and in a nice area. The rooms were smartly decorated (also recently renovated) and the staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was fresh and tasty and WiFi was available for free. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
No bad points

This is a boutique hotel located in one of the safest areas of Rome (surrounded by foreign embassies). It requires a 10 minute walk to get to the 'touristy' areas but do not let that discourage you. The walk is great and there is tremendous value in getting that 'I'm going home' feeling after swimming in a sea of tourists all day. Great places to eat just aroud the corner, markets, etc...great location imo. The staff here go above and beyond anything I've ever experienced in 10+ years of business/personal travel. The rooms are small but immaculate and well maintained. Great attention to detail (Egyptian linens, stocked mini- bar, Bvlgari soaps, etc...). you won't be disappointed.
Weak wifi signal in room. Mentioned to owner of hotel and she said it was to be fixed so hopefully this is now a non-issue. Not a large issue since they provide their own laptop for guests and a common area where signal is strong.
